Instructions:

Review the Other Indexers page , which lists terms currently being used to describe specialties. Select terms from there to describe specialties you would like to be listed under.
If the specialties there don't suit you, recommend new ones in the space provided for that purpose. You can submit both established and recommended terms. In any case, the maximum number of specialties you can submit is five.
Check your data before submitting it.
Submit it by clicking on the button at the bottom of the form.

AOL and Compserve users may not be able to submit data using this
form. You will know you cannot use it if, after clicking on the Submit
